BENELLI TNT 300 (2017-Present) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2017, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer released the Benelli TNT 300, a thoroughly modern 300cc naked motorcycle that packed the looks and performance of a much larger Benelli motorcycle.

The bike's aesthetic department was characterized by standard fittings, like a fork-mounted headlight with a small wind deflector mounted on top, a one-piece dual seat with pillion grab rails, a two-into-one exhaust system with a silencer mounted under the engine, and 12-spoke alloy wheels.

The bike was built around a steel trellis frame. It housed the suspension system comprised of a 41 mm inverted telescopic fork with 135 mm of travel on the front and an adjustable shock absorber on the rear, offering excellent handling capabilities.

As for the braking power, the bike's wheels were fitted with two 260 mm floating discs clamped by four-piston calipers on the front and a single 240 mm brake disc mounted on the rear, offering excellent stopping power.

As for the power figures, the 2017 Benelli TNT 300 had its heartbeat set by a 300cc four-stroke liquid-cooled two-cylinder engine that delivered an output power of 38 hp with a peak at 10,000 rpm and 27 Nm (20 lb-ft) torque at 9,000 rpm.

The power produced by the powerhouse was sent to the rear by a six-speed transmission with a wet multi-plate clutch and a final chain drive, pushing the motorcycle to a top speed of 158 kph (98 mph).
