HUSABERG FE600e Supermoto (2000-2001) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2000, alongside the FE400E and FE501E, the Swedish motorcycle maker released the Husaberg FE600E, an enduro motorcycle fitted with an electric starter. The three models were identical except for the engine, which had different displacements.

Husaberg was an enduro motorcycle manufacturer powered by four and two-stroke engines with displacements ranging from 125 to 650cc. Based in Sweden, the motorcycles were later manufactured in Austria by KTM until 2014, when the line was dropped from production.

The Swedish motorcycle manufacturer Husaberg was known for its enduro and Supermoto motorcycles, powered by big-cube, single-cylinder, highly tuned four-stroke engines, and race-oriented design.

The 2000 Husaberg FE600E Supermoto's soul was brought to life by a 595cc four-stroke liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that delivered 55 hp with a peak at 9,000 rpm. It was managed by a carburetor and a six-speed gearbox with a final chain drive.

The aesthetic department was characterized by features such as wire-spoke wheels with road tires, a high-mounted front fender, an exhaust system with a silencer mounted under the seat, a single seat, and hand guards.

For suspension, the motorcycle packed an adjustable telescopic fork on the front and an adjustable single shock on the rear. As for stopping power, the bike's 18-inch wheels were fitted with a 260 mm disc on the front wheel and a 220 mm disc on the rear wheel.
