history
You may or may not heard of Ryvid Motorcycles, but here it is. Ryvid is a company of electric motorcycles designed by aerospace gearheads, engineered by innovators, and founded by enthusiasts.
The company was formed with a mission to enable more enjoyable and sustainable personal mobility. It was created by merging "rhythm" and "avid," resulting in Ryvid.
Their range comprised two electric motorcycles under the Anthem and OUTSET designations, both similar in design but different in specifications. The Outset has an MSRP of $5,994, and the Anthem has an MSRP of $6,495.
The Ryvid Anthem, designed and built in California, has sharp edges and is available in four color schemes: Atomic Gold, Galactica Black, Rapid White, and Carbon Grey.
The Ryvid Anthem is powered by an air-cooled 72V Brushless DC motor with 13 hp (10 KW) and 72 Nm (53 lb-ft) torque on tap. The electric motorcycle can hit a top speed of more than 120 kph (75 mph) and run up to 120 km (75 miles) on a single charge.
The bike has a 4.3 kWh Lithium-Ion battery pack with an integrated 3.3kW fast charger. From a 110V outlet with up to 20A, it can be fiiled with electricity up to 80 percent in 2.3 hours and 100 percent in 3.25 hours. From a 220V outlet with up to 40A, it takes 1.3 hours to 80 percent and 1.85 hours to 100 percent.
The Ryvid OUTSET is similar to the Anthem model and is available in two color schemes, Sector Red and Vapor Grey. It is powered by the same engine and delivers the same power.
