Verge Motorcycles is a Finnish company founded in 2018 as RMK Vehicle Corporation that manufactures fully electric motorcycles. In 2020, the Company changed its name to Verge Motorcycles.
The Company's CEO, Tuomo Lehtimaki, has been leading the Company since its introduction and stated that his goal is to challenge the traditional principles of designing and manufacturing the world's best electric motorcycles.
The maker has several motorcycles in its range, such as the Verge TS, which has a top speed of 180 kph (112 mph), but unlike petrol bikes, the TS has 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) torque that allows the machine to score 4.5 seconds from 0-100 kph (0-60 mph). It features a sleek and futuristic appearance, LED lights, and a digital dash, and can run 250 km (155 miles) on a single charge.
The intermediate model is the TS Pro, delivering 134 hp (100 kW) and reaching a top speed of 200 kph (124 mph). For $29,900, the TS Pro can score 3.5 seconds from 0-100 kph (0-60 mph) and run around 375 km (233 miles).
The most powerful one in the range is the TS Ultra, the ultimate machine that delivers 201 hp (150 kW) and boasts 1,200 Nm (885 lb-ft) torque, hitting 0-100 kph (0-60 mph) in only 2.5 seconds. It comes at an MSRP of $44,900 and features a fast charging system that fills the battery in 25 minutes.
In addition to those machines, the Verge motorcycles made two special edition models: the Hakkinen and California Editions.
