Kasinski was a motorcycle manufacturer located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It was founded in 1999 by Abraham Kasinski and produced two and three-wheeled vehicles like motorcycles, scooters, and mopeds. The company was sold in 2009 to the CR Zongshen Group, controlled by Zongshen.

The company was started by purchasing Hyosung's industrial facilities, which allowed Kasinski to continue manufacturing its line of motorcycles under its brand name.

In 2010, the company announced that it would produce electric motorcycles in a new factory in Sapucaia, Rio de Janeiro. However, due to labor and legal problems, production was seized in 2013, and since 2014, it has no longer operated in Brazil.

In 2012, the Brazilian motorcycle maker released the Kasinski Soft 50, a small displacement scooter powered by a single-cylinder engine assisted by a four-speed transmission with a final chain drive.

At its core, the 2012 Kasinski Soft 50 had installed a 50cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine that boasted only 4 hp. The engine was managed by a single carburetor, and the power was sent to the rear end via a four-speed gearbox and a final chain drive.

Visually, the scooter had features such as a handlebar-mounted cowl with an integrated headlight, turn signals integrated into the fairing, a one-piece dual seat with a passenger grab rail, a top box for storage, and wire-spoke wheels.
