KTM is an Austrian motorcycle maker known for its off-road motorcycles. In the late 1990s, the company expanded its range into street motorcycles and sports cars like the KTM X-Bow.

The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer released the KTM 50 Senior Adventure, a small displacement motorcycle designed for young riders who want to move up from a beginner level to a more advanced one.

The bike was perfect for kids 4 to 10 years old, offering a blend of safety, performance, and ease of use. Compared to the Mini Adventure, the Senior Adventure packed more power, a longer wheelbase, and larger wheels.

It was visually characterized by features like a raised front mudguard, a single seat, a single exhaust system with a silencer mounted high on the right-hand side, and small wire-spoke wheels with off-road tires.

It was made around a central double-cradle-type frame that housed the suspension system. It comprised a 32 mm Marzocchi telescopic fork with 185 mm of travel on the front and a Paioli monoshock with 185 mm wheel travel.

For the power figures, the 2003 KTM 50 Senior Adventure had installed a 49cc two-stroke air-cooled single-cylinder engine at its core. The engine was managed by a PHVA 14DS Dell'Orto carburetor and was coupled to a six-speed transmission with a final chain drive.
