Motorhispana is a motorcycle manufacturing company founded in 1948 and based in Barcelona, Spain. During its first years of existence, Oscar Rava, the company's founder, started selling Lancia cars. Still, because Spain was encountering financial problems, few people were interested in these vehicles.
After a few years, he decided to start producing bicycles, but he soon discovered that mopeds could be a more profitable business.
Rava bought the 65cc Guzzi moped license and soon selected ISA, an aeronautical firm from Seville, as the company's main supplier. Motorhispania's most successful models were the Guzzi Lario 110cc, the Guzzi 49cc, and the Dingo 75cc.
During the 1970s, Motorhispania started producing its own models. The first one was the Dingo 49cc, first manufactured in 1973. This was followed by Feria (1977) and Poney (1978).
In 2017, the Spanish motorcycle manufacturer launched the Motorhispania NK3 125, designed to deliver the best version of a naked sports bike with an adventurous spirit.
It was characterized by features like a single headlight up front, a small wind deflector, a two-piece dual seat, an engine spoiler, a single exhaust pipe with a silencer mounted on the right-hand side, and 10-spoke alloy wheels.
The 2017 Motorhispania NK3 125 was powered by a 125cc four-stroke single-cylinder engine that delivered 11 hp at 8,500 rpm and 9 Nm (7 lb-ft) torque at 7,000 rpm.
