This modern feature helps create an indoor/outdoor kitchen/dining area that literally expands beyond its actual size and limitations. On the inside, a typical Aussie breakfast bar with two elegant bar stools completes this bistro-style design for the perfect dining experience; it's like enjoying the comfort of your private home and the outside at the same time.

Aesthetically, a modern minimalist approach keeps the Luxe simple and elegant, using a predominantly white color palette to visually widen the space and create a calm ambiance. Small details like the golden tapware and dainty light fixtures add a touch of glamour without becoming overwhelming. The compact bedroom area is beautifully outlined with a feature headboard panel and wall sconces. As for the bathroom, it features a free-standing vanity for essential storage, and it's equipped with a standard toilet and an elegant shower cabin. The tiled floor elevates the overall quality and style, while the oversized skylight is an unexpectedly luxurious addition that doesn't only boost luminosity but also enhances that sense of openness and connection throughout the home.

Thanks to all of these clever elements, this 19.6-foot tiny home doesn't feel at all cramped, dark, or claustrophobic; on the contrary, it's filled with natural light, it invites the outside in, and it's designed for easy movement to flow from one end to the other.
