In September 2023, Ubisoft released The Crew Motorfest on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. In the meantime, there have been some good content updates, but one quality-of-life feature remained elusive. You'd think the ability to look in your vehicle's mirrors would be a top priority during development. Still, Motorfest did not follow typical conventions and decided to stand out from the crowd.
The game's developer, Ivory Tower, finally announced that Year 2 Season 5 will bring some much-needed quality-of-life improvements, like rearview mirrors, RPG enhancements, View Parts in the Car List, and a Bug Reporter.

A Ubisoft blog post explains that the new mirror system will "provide players with improved situational awareness, giving a better view of competitors and the environment behind them."

Better late than never, but hold on because there's a catch! The new mirroring technology is only available for the current-gen version of the game, meaning PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, and Xbox Series X|S.

On the other hand, RPG enhancements sound quite interesting. The "Merging" gameplay mechanic will allow players to combine three car parts of the same rarity into one upgraded rarity of the same kind. This sounds great for people with overflowing in-game mailboxes.

Also, Legendary sets now have activation conditions. Players will get 50% of the bonuses by combining three Legendary parts and 100% of the bonus if they equip the full set. This also allows people to incorporate the effects of two Legendary sets on the same car, which was previously impossible.

Next, the "View Parts in the Car List" feature lets you see installed car parts from your vehicle list, making things easier overall. We don't have detailed information about the Bug Reporter, but as the name suggests, players can directly help by reporting bugs to the developer.

With that out of the way, let's switch over and see what bundle discounts await players this week. Last time, developer Ivory Tower was on point with great bundles on offer. Unfortunately, some cost real money, like the Custom bundle featuring the 840-hp 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon Awaken Edition.

You could buy other bundles with in-game Bucks, like the "American Muscle" bundle containing the 2015 Ford Mustang GT Fastback, 2011 Ford Mustang GT Rally Raid Edition, and 2011 Ford Mustang GT Monster Edition. I'm afraid this week isn't that glorious, but let's see what's on offer anyway.

First, the "Nissan Motorfest Selection Bundle" is 20% off for the next four days and costs 827,679 in-game Bucks or 118,239 Crew Credits, down from 1,034,600 Bucks and 147,800 CC. It features the 280-hp 2002 Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) High Octane Edition, the 160-hp 1970 Nissan Fairlady Z 432 (PS30) Under The Stars Edition, and a plain 550-hp 2015 Nissan GT-R.

The 2002 Skyline graphics look pretty sweet, and if you're thinking of getting one, you can test the car for two minutes by simply going to the bundle menu. This model also appeared recently featured in Fortnite.

Lastly, the Custom bundle is discounted by 30% and costs 125,790 Crew Credits, meaning it can only be bought with real-life money. It contains the 592-hp 2020 Nissan GT-R Nismo and a few vanity items.

If you like neither, the good news is that the American Muscle bundle is still 30% on offer and costs 321,440 Bucks or 45,920 CC, down from 459,200 Bucks and 65,600 Crew Credits.
