Compulsive shopping for cars every single year on his birthday. That is just what former soccer VIP Zlatan Ibrahimovic does every single year at the beginning of October, and we have grown used it. This time, he bought a Ferrari SF90 Stradale. The new one, however, is the most expensive of them all. He already had the base version, if there is anything "base" about a car that starts at over half a million dollars.
The Swedish soccer star took to social media, like he does every year, to brag about his new ride. No one can possibly expect Zlatan to be modest. He must have already lost track of the Ferraris he has bought over the years. Now, a brand-new SF90 Stradale arrives in his garage in Milan, where he is a senior advisor of the AC Milan soccer club.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been doing this for years, which makes his life off the pitch just as exciting as the times when he scored goals. He orders a Ferrari, has it delivered, and posts on Instagram about his new ride.

There is no information on the type of SF90 Stradale went for. But the supercar starts at $528,700 and goes all the way to $995,000 if the customer chooses the SF90 XX Spider. Zlatan got himself a Spider and, considering the massive wing at the back, it is the XX version the Swedish soccer icon bought.

It is the most expensive of them all. But Ibrahimovic, who has just turned 43, has a net worth of $190 million, so he can surely afford to splash on a car each birthday since 2019.

Last year, he got himself the not-an-SUV Ferrari Purosangue. It is a black-over-burgundy four-door that continues his quite expensive tradition. Months later, Zlatan and his wife were spotted shopping in the Purosangue and parking it on the sidewalk in front of a luxury store.

On his 41st birthday, back in 2022, Zlatan got himself not one, but two Ferraris. It was the Daytona SP3 and the 812 Competiizione A. The Maranello-based brand built each of the models in very limited numbers of only 599 units.

Zlatan gifted himself a Ferrari Monza SP2 on his 40th birthday and an SF90 Spider (not the XX like now) when he turned 39.

This time, the SF90 XX Stradale stands as one of the most expensive cars in his garage. The supercar is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which works alongside three electric motors.

The system pumps out a total of 986 horsepower (1,000 metric horsepower) and 590 pound-feet (800 Newton meters) of torque in an all-wheel drive setup. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission has to manage all that power.

Those are the figures that make the SF90 XX Stradale flash from 0 to 60 mph in 2.0 seconds on its way to a top speed of 211 mph (340 kph).

While driving super-expensive, super-exotic supercars, Zlatan has been an ambassador for Volvo for the past decade. He is rarely seen in anything else but Ferraris and Porsches.

Zlatan's post on Instagram is accompanied by a gazillion comments with Chuck Norris-type of jokes. "Zlatan does not celebrate his birthday, his birthday celebrates him," a user writes. "Zlatan doesn't need the car, the car needs Zlatan," another one jokes.
